These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ace55 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features. 2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the ace55 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ace55 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of whether different contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers are used. ace55 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, ace55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold pending winnings pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. ace55 operates under an international gaming license. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the ace55 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ace55 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawful in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ace55 username and password. ace55 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ace55 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ace55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ace55 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 3.4 Account Suspension. ace55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of this Agreement, regulatory obligation, or a court or regulatory order requiring such action. Where an account is suspended, ace55 will retain any funds pending the outcome of its investigation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ace55 supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Raast. Accepted methods are subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment details are current and correct. ace55 is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information provided by the player.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the ace55 cashier section at the time of transaction. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice, provided the updated limits are published on the platform.
4.3 KYC Verification. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. Required documentation typically includes a valid CNIC (front and back), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ace55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section, subject to successful KYC completion. ace55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. 4.5 Funds Belonging to the Player. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ace55 account belong to you and are derived from legitimate sources. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.4 Promotional Changes. ace55 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. ace55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a suspended market, where odds were published in error, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt.
6.2 Erroneous Odds. Where odds, lines, or prices are published due to a manifest error (including system malfunction or human error), ace55 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether they have been settled. Players will be notified of such voidance and any settled winnings will be recalculated or reversed accordingly.
6.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets, including PSL, international T20, Test, and one-day international matches, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the ace55 Sports Rules section. In-play bets are accepted subject to feed availability and market suspension rules. ace55 reserves the right to suspend any cricket market at any time without notice.
6.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and specialty games, use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing bodies. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets may be declared void and stakes returned to players.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 ace55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
10.3 ace55's total aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total funds held in your ace55 account balance at the time the claim arises.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
ace55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an ace55 account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. ace55 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
ace55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ace55 will endeavour to provide players with reasonable advance notice via email or a platform notification. Your continued use of the ace55 platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace55 holds its international gaming license. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through ace55's internal complaints procedure.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law in your country of residence.
